"...And finally, the heart of the piece, Pvt. Furse portrayed expertly by Wynn McClenahan. McClenahan uses Furse as a masterclass in stage presence and the power of understatement, able to hold her own with just facial expressions against a sea of physical comedy, there were countless moments I found my eyes drawn back to whatever brilliant character moment McClenahan and Fillippatos had infused behind the action..." – AMPD MAG

About
My name is Wynn McClenahan and I am a New York City based actor. I received my BA in Theatre from Middlebury College and have studied at the Barrow Group, HB Studios, and with Scott Freeman.

Recently, I performed alongside Celia Keenan-Bolger, Christopher Denham, Debra Monk, and Miguel Gil in the Westport Country Playhouse's Script in Hand Series in "100 Saints You Should Know" by Kate Fodor as Abby. The production was directed by Maria Dizzia.

I also have a passion for developing new works! In November, I was in a staged reading of Rhys Samuel Washington's new play "The Dust of the World" at the HB Playwrights Theatre. In February, I was invited by We Are Paul to join the cast of their new play "Chickadee" that was premiered at the Chain Winter One-Act Festival.

The summer after graduating, I moved to New York City to perform Off-Broadway as Grace in "Hot Fudge" in PTP/NYC's production of SEX, GRIFT, AND DEATH at the Atlantic Stage 2.

Currently, I am co-producing, co-writing, and acting in the sketch comedy group Clarice. Follow us on Instagram @clarice.presents and come see us at the PIT!
